Cialis (tadalafil) is a drug intended for the treatment of male sexual problems that can be usually described as an inability of a male to achieve an erection that would be hard enough to have sex. You are not supposed to take Cialis and have sex if you were told by your doctor to abstain from sexual activity as it may potentially put too much strain on your heart. If you have sex anyway, the following symptoms can occur: fainting, chest pain and severe dizziness. Avoid taking more of Cialis than recommended, as this can cause such symptoms as irregular heartbeat, chest pain, fainting, nausea, and light-headedness, and you will need to seek emergency medical assistance. Cialis mild side effects can be any of the following: muscle pain, sore throat, warmth or redness in your face, neck, or chest, upset stomach, headache, stuffy nose, diarrhea, memory problems, and back pain.
